Vegetable casserole

This casserole is loaded with broccoli, carrots, corn, cauliflower, onions, green beans, all dancing in a cheddar cheese sauce. The kicker is the fried onions on top! Talk about Old school!! YUM. Feeds 2. Chef's wine suggestion: St. Francis Sauvignon Blanc.
