Shrimp in beurre blanc sauce

Cooked to perfection, these shrimp have a beautiful beurre blanc sauce, featuring the Bartenura moscato. This entree comes with broccoli. Chef's wine suggestion: Bartenura moscato. (A lighter and tad sweeter wine.)
